Downloading Vertical Web SOS by Splashtop

Allow your Vertical Web support technician to access this computer

  1. If the download didn't start, click one of the links below to download manually.
  2. Launch the downloaded program.
    It may be located in your "Downloads" folder.
    1. Mac Users: Enable Permissions for SOS
  3. Give the 9-digit number to your support technician.

When you no longer need support, be sure to quit the program.

This will delete the program and ensures that your computer cannot be remotely accessed until you download and run the program again.
